In this role, you will focus on user behaviour analysis and seamless UI/UX design, contributing to products used by millions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour and identify pain points to design intuitive UI/UX flows
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system
• Ensure visual consistency across products by working with other designers
• Develop prototypes and conduct user research to validate design concepts

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Hands-on experience using Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and UI trends
• Experience designing user interfaces for web-based platforms

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
• Ability to present and justify design decisions clearly
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience designing for Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms
• Experience creating interactive prototypes for user testing
• Experience contributing to large-scale design systems
