We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and technology company to hire a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, operation, and automation of large-scale private cloud and containerized infrastructure platforms.
In this role, you will work on modern cloud-native technologies, helping to build and maintain highly available infrastructure supporting millions of users. You will collaborate closely with platform engineers and development teams to optimize cloud environments, automate operations, and enhance platform reliability.
This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Virtualization, and Infrastructure Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize private cloud and virtualized infrastructure environments.
- Design, deploy, and support containerized applications and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to streamline application onboarding and deployment processes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and system health using observability tools.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure and platform-related incidents.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure management tasks and operational workflows.
- Support infrastructure modernization and cloud-native transformation initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, System Administration, or Cloud Platform Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, particularly RHEL-based distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Rocky Linux.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and container technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and performance analysis capabilities.
- Experience working in highly available production environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with software developers and platform teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation and operational excellence.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus and Grafana.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting large-scale telecommunications or technology platforms.
