In this role, you will drive the frontend development of large-scale web applications, leveraging modern technologies including React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Working within a highly international engineering environment, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete frontend development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and UI/UX collaboration through deployment and operational support.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to transform business requirements into scalable and responsive web applications.
• Design and develop modern user interfaces and interactive frontend components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot frontend issues to ensure platform stability and optimal user experience.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Optimize application performance and maintain high coding standards across frontend projects.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to frontend best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend-focused web application development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven experience developing responsive and accessible web applications using HTML, CSS, and frontend development best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale consumer-facing web applications.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional engineering teams.

• Experience participating in solution architecture design and technical planning.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience supporting junior engineers.
• Experience working within large-scale internet, e-commerce, advertising technology, or affiliate marketing platforms.
