Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of AML/CFT and Financial Crime compliance frameworks
- Conduct regulatory gap analysis and propose remediation strategies aligned with domestic and international requirements
- Design and implement risk assessment and risk management frameworks
- Develop policies, procedures, and operational processes for compliance programs
- Enhance monitoring, detection, and reporting systems for financial crime prevention
- Provide advisory support for regulatory inspections and supervisory reviews
- Participate in client relationship management and proposal development activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Practical experience in AML/CFT or Financial Crime compliance
- Relevant experience within a financial institution or professional services firm
- Foundational understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks
