Key Responsibilities
- Support enhancement of market risk and liquidity risk management frameworks
- Provide advisory on financial regulations including FRTB and derivatives regulations
- Assist clients with regulatory compliance and risk governance improvements
- Validate and enhance market risk measurement models
- Drive transformation of risk management processes across front to back office
- Collaborate with domestic and international clients on risk strategy execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in banks, securities firms, or consulting firms within financial services in Japan
- Experience in market-related functions (front office, planning, risk management, or back office)
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong interest in financial markets and risk management
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities

- Strong communication skills to build client relationships
- Self-motivated with proactive approach to challenges
