A globally recognized entertainment company is hiring a Global HR Operations Manager to lead a high-impact HR operations team. This role supports employees, leaders, and HR teams across multiple countries. You will be responsible for optimizing HR systems, managing daily operations, improving employee experience, and driving global HR transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations within the Global HR Operations team, ensuring high service quality and timely task execution
- Allocate responsibilities across global regions based on team capacity and business priorities
- Act as the main escalation point for urgent or sensitive HR issues, offering expert support
- Develop team capability through training, system enablement, and guidance
- Identify and implement process improvements using data, tech solutions, and service feedback
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on enterprise-wide initiatives, compliance, and digital transformation
- Build a positive, high-performance global team culture
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- 5+ years of HR leadership or deep functional HR experience
- Background in HR operations or shared services environments
- Proven ability to lead through change and transformation
Soft Skills:
- Strong execution and service delivery skills in dynamic environments
- Leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and people development
- Excellent interpersonal skills when collaborating with senior leaders and cross-regional teams
- Negotiation skills with the ability to align diverse interests
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors
- Understanding of global HR compliance standards and reporting requirements
- Familiarity with HR in multinational or cross-cultural organizations
