The firm is seeking an Analyst to Senior Consultant level candidate to play a critical role in addressing enterprise-wide cyber risks that directly impact corporate management and long-term business resilience.
You will engage end-to-end-from cyber risk assessment and threat analysis to response strategy development and implementation support-helping clients strengthen resilience against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. This is a high-impact consulting opportunity offering exposure to global projects and senior-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cyber risk assessments, threat and vulnerability analysis, and risk visualization
- Support incident response framework design and response playbook development
- Plan and execute tabletop exercises and crisis response simulations
- Assist with cyber risk quantification and executive-level reporting
- Provide advisory and implementation support for enhanced security controls and governance
- Support risk management enhancement aligned with frameworks such as ISO and NIST
- Participate in client relationship development and proposal activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Practical experience in cyber security or related fields
- Experience in security assessment, risk analysis, or incident response support
- Foundational knowledge of IT and information security
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
Soft Skills:
- Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving capability
- Client-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Adaptability in fast-changing and high-uncertainty environments
- Collaborative approach to achieving team-based outcomes
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Fluent
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Experience in incident response, SOC, or enterprise risk management
- Knowledge of SIEM, IAM, EDR, and related security technologies
- Understanding of regulatory, governance, and internal control frameworks
