Join a globally renowned FMCG company as a Benefits & Mobility Manager, where you'll lead the design and delivery of strategic employee benefits and expatriate compensation programs. This role offers the opportunity to work across local and global HR teams, directly impacting employee experience, compliance, and cost-efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits and global mobility programs
- Develop competitive benefit schemes and expatriate compensation plans aligned with market trends
- Maintain compliance and drive process improvements across assigned functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational enhancements for assigned HR areas
- Support, coach, and develop two junior HR team members
- Collaborate with global HR counterparts on strategy alignment and project delivery
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives focused on inclusion, retention, and well-being
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 6+ years in HR or HR consulting with hands-on experience in benefits or mobility
- Strong track record in designing HR programs that align with business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, policies, and compliance activities
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to turn data into insights
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership capabilities
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Intermediate to Business Level (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
