A leading global asset management firm is seeking a Senior Operations professional to join its Operations team in Tokyo. Native-level Japanese required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily asset management operations, including middle office and fund operations activities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes and controls
- Support and enhance operational due diligence (Operational DD) processes
- Apply operational expertise across a broad range of asset classes, including fixed income and alternatives
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and global teams to support business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of operations experience within the asset management industry in Japan
- Experience in middle office or operations functions within an asset management firm
- Strong knowledge of asset management operational processes and controls
- Hands-on experience supporting operational due diligence activities
- Bachelor's degree or higher

Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
