Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions and capital raising activities (debt & equity).
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation for corporate finance projects.
• Prepare pitch books, financial models, and transaction documentation.
• Assist senior bankers in deal execution and client engagement.
• Work on cross-border transactions, collaborating with global teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate finance within an investment bank, corporate bank, or strategic consulting firm in Japan.
• Up to approximately 5 years of total professional experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial and strategic contexts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business level

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance transactions
• Exposure to cross-border deal environments
