This is a senior-level opportunity (VP to Director) where you will play a key role in investment sourcing and execution, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead investment sourcing activities across Japanese public equity opportunities
- Execute investment transactions from evaluation through to completion
- Conduct financial analysis and support investment decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop investment strategies
- Monitor market trends and identify new investment opportunities
- Engage with stakeholders to support deal execution and portfolio development
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking or asset management
- Experience in investment analysis and transaction execution
- Strong understanding of Japanese equity markets
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and accountability
Language Requirements:
- English: Business level
- Japanese: Native level
