Roles/Responsibilities
- The role involves supporting and maintaining existing applications and systems. It requires close collaboration with business users and colleagues to understand requirements and ensure applications meet their needs.
- Responsibilities include writing test cases, testing applications, documenting requirements, specifications, training materials, and user manuals, as well as developing and maintaining source code for both existing and new applications.
Required skills
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM administration and customization support.
- Familiarity working on both Windows and Linux systems.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and have conversational English.
