Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience working with infrastructure assets or infrastructure-related investment products.
- Strong understanding of alternative investment products such as infrastructure, private equity, private debt, or real estate.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and Japan-based client-facing professionals.
- Strategic mindset with strong client engagement capabilities.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
