Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Director of Broking, you will have a direct line to leadership and a major say in regional growth strategy.

You will collaborate with extensive internal regional resources-from Account Directors to Business Enablement Teams-to ensure your pipeline converts into high-value partnerships.
To thrive in this senior market placement, you need an innate understanding of how to balance price and risk for larger entities. The technical and regulatory baselines include:
Professional Qualifications: A CIP qualification, ideally with clear progress made toward your ACII.
Regulatory Compliance: Full compliance with the Central Bank's Minimum Competency Code and Fitness & Probity standards.
Market Experience: Proven experience in commercial new business development backed by substantial technical insurance knowledge.
Relationship Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills that allow you to build immediate rapport with business leaders and underwriters alike.
