About the Role
A well-established company in the pallet, packaging, and warehouse solutions sector is currently seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to join their growing team at a busy site in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
This is a permanent, full-time position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and coordinate daily warehouse operations

Be actively involved in day-to-day warehouse tasks - this is a hands-on role

Organise and maintain stock across multiple warehouse areas

Ensure accuracy in goods-in, goods-out, and order picking

Allocate workloads and manage staffing levels for maximum efficiency

Run daily team stand-up meetings to align on goals and address blockers

Maintain and report on KPIs

Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner

Train, motivate, and support team members to ensure high performance

Support a culture of continuous improvement and safety

Communicate with other departments and occasionally interface with customers
Requirements

Proven experience leading a team in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)

Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Truck Licences (essential)

Comfortable in a hands-on role involving physical warehouse duties

Strong communication and organisational skills

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions

Experience using warehouse systems or KPIs is an advantage
