Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support increased operational demand over the busy seasonal period. This short-term position involves assisting with the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to meet daily targets. This role is short term until December 23rd.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack customer orders.

Load and unload deliveries using safe manual handling techniques.

Sort, label, and organise stock within the warehouse.

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Follow all site health & safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily KPIs.

Operate warehouse equipment where trained (e.g., pallet trucks, scanners).
Skills & Experience
Essential:

Good level of physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive lifting.
