A leading global healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Transformation to drive digital transformation, optimize planning systems, and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
This role leads business transformation through the deployment of advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro, SAP S/4HANA) and the integration of AI-driven automation. The Director will strengthen the SI&OP process, develop a Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, and ensure sustained adoption of digital planning capabilities.
Lead deployment and optimization of advanced planning systems to align technology with business needs.
Act as primary liaison between supply chain, technology, and commercial teams.
Drive data integration, analytics, and closed-loop planning performance.
Collaborate with data governance to ensure SI&OP and planning strategies align with system capabilities.
Integrate AI and automation into planning workflows.
Identify automation opportunities and build phased implementation roadmaps.
Deploy scalable automation tools using enterprise AI platforms.
Develop internal AI capabilities and foster a culture of innovation.
Track automation performance through defined KPIs.
Lead and develop the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence team.
Strengthen expertise in digital planning systems and support user adoption.
Oversee training, change management, and best-practice standardization.
Lead the monthly SI&OP cycle, including supply review, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
Align supply plans with financial forecasts.
Drive integrated planning across supply, commercial, finance, and external partners.
Standardize tools, templates, and processes to enhance planning effectiveness.
Establish and monitor key planning and forecasting metrics.
Lead initiatives to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and system utilization.
Maintain SOPs, documentation, and change-management materials.
12+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
Preferred: APICS/ISM certifications, Lean/Six Sigma.
Strong expertise in advanced planning systems and AI-driven supply chain transformation.
