Technical Sales / Inside Sales
Location: Limerick, Ireland (On-site, 5 days per week)
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission + pension + benefits

Our client is a specialist engineering company based in Limerick that designs, manufactures, and supplies chemical storage solutions for a broad range of industries. The business works with blue-chip customers across healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, and facilities sectors, providing bespoke chemical storage units incorporating features such as ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems, and safety compliance requirements.
The company operates a unique sales model, generating a significant volume of enquiries through its established network, website, and industry reputation. As a result, this role focuses on technical sales support, solution specification, and customer engagement rather than traditional cold-calling or direct sales activity.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional to join a growing engineering business. The successful candidate will work closely with facilities teams, architects, contractors, hospitals, and end users to understand storage requirements, develop specifications, and guide projects from initial enquiry through to approved design and quotation.
Unlike traditional sales roles, there is minimal direct business development responsibility. The majority of opportunities are generated through inbound web enquiries, existing customer relationships, and established industry networks.
