Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes and systems, proposing practical solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across financial operations and reporting processes.
Manage Oracle-related projects (e.g. financial reporting, budgeting, management reporting), ensuring data integrity and effective system integration.
Oversee UAT testing and deployment of Oracle system updates and regular releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, business, IT, external consultants) to drive seamless end-to-end processes aligned with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of process gaps and production issues, partnering with process owners to implement improvements and new workflows.
Define and track KPIs, support policy and control framework, and provide advisory support and training on best practices and Oracle capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline, with a recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA).
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a strong accounting foundation and exposure to process improvement/ system enhancement.
Consulting background candidates are highly preferred, especially those with experience in finance transformation or system enhancement
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Oracle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
