Job Responsibilities
Managing Investor Relations (IR)
- Wall Street Communication: Serving as the primary spokesperson to buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts.
- Earnings Conference Calls: Leading quarterly earnings calls to present financial results, provide strategic context, and answer analyst questions.
- Investor Roadshows: Participating in non-deal roadshows and industry conferences to attract new capital and articulate the company's long-term growth narrative.
- Guidance Management: Establishing and managing market expectations regarding future revenue, earnings, and capital expenditure forecasts.
Executing Capital Allocation and Corporate Finance
- Capital Raising: Structuring and executing public equity offerings, corporate bond issuances, or commercial paper programs to fund operations.
- Credit Rating Management: Maintaining active relationships with credit rating agencies (such as S&P, Moody's, and Fitch) to optimize the company's cost of capital.
- Shareholder Returns: Developing and executing capital return frameworks, including programmatic share buyback schedules and dividend distributions.
- M&A Transactions: Leading financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and capital structure negotiations for external corporate acquisitions or divestitures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Proven investment banking experience (US listing)
- Native English Speaker
- Willing to be based in Hong Kong or the US
