Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-border M&A strategy, including deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-deal integration tracking.
Manage relationships with investment banks and external advisers to source high-quality deal flow.
Conduct deep financial modeling, risk assessments, and strategic fit analysis for potential acquisitions, with a heavy focus on the US market.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key global stakeholders to drive long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
3-10 years of total experience in M&A strategy, corporate development, or investment banking.
US educational or working background required; international living experience (US/North Europe) preferred.
Degree from a top-tier US business school or university. Native-level English fluency is required. Chinese is preferred and not a must.
Real estate experience is highly preferred but not a must.
CPA, CFA qualification or strong knowledge of US GAAP is a plus, but not required.
