Responsibilities:
Arrange end‑to‑end personal travel for the family: flights, hotels, visas and detailed itineraries across Europe, Australia, Japan, the US and other destinations.
Be on call and responsive to urgent requests.
Handle ad hoc personal and family tasks, errands and coordination with external parties.
Ensure a high level of discretion, confidentiality and service at all times.
Requirements:
Smart, resourceful and creative, with a strong "can‑do" attitude and the ability to solve problems independently.
Highly flexible and willing to work around changing schedules, time zones and last‑minute plan changes.
Preferably prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or in serving high‑class VIPs (e.g. luxury customer service, guest relations, concierge, hotel or airline premium services).
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills; able to manage multiple trips and requests at the same time.
