Assistant Finance Manager (Group Reporting and Consolidation)

Responsibilities:

• Support regular group-level consolidation, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Assist the Finance team in providing data-driven operational insights.
• Maintain and monitor internal control frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and tax consultants.
• Act as a core team member for financial system/ERP implementations and key corporate projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with a recognized professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 5 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure from audit and HK-based companies.
• Solid, hands-on experience in group financial consolidation and management reporting.
• Prior experience in manufacturing/ industrial industries is preferred.
• Involvement in financial system/ERP implementation is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, high accuracy with data, and good business acumen.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
