Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager looking to join one of the largest and most advanced food production sites of its kind in Europe?

We are working with a leading manufacturer based in the Kilkenny area, this is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact and progession.

What will you be doing?

• Manage a team of 8 direct reports and oversee 3rd party contractors/vendors.

• Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities.

• Attend and contribute to daily and weekly plant meetings to align with wider site goals.

• Manage department budgets, performance reviews, and ensure high uptime across all key assets.

• Collaborate with procurement and planning to identify tools, resources, and team requirements.

• Rotational weekend duty-one weekend in every four (Monday-Friday standard schedule otherwise).

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment-ideally food or FMCG.

• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, team management, and vendor coordination.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple departments.

• Comfortable with both hands-on support and high-level planning/budgetary responsibilities.
