Desktop Support - Contract

Desktop Engineer | 6-Month Daily Rate Contract | Kildare (Onsite)

On behalf of my client I'm seeking a Desktop Engineer for an initial 6-month contract based fully onsite in Kildare. You'll join a busy IT team supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* 2nd line desktop support across hardware/software issues

* Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments

* User management via Active Directory

* Support Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)

* Device builds, imaging & deployments (SCCM/Intune)

* Ticket management & SLA-driven support

What we're looking for:

* 3+ years in desktop support / engineering

* Strong AD & O365 experience

* Solid troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments

* Excellent user-facing communication
