Technical Program Manager for Inter-Datacenter Network Capacity Delivery drives execution across the network capacity delivery lifecycle. This role focuses on tracking, coordinating, and unblocking delivery programs to improve on-time port and bandwidth supply, reduce lead times, and surface defects early in the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day program tracking for Inter-DC capacity delivery spanning new datacenter builds and bandwidth scaling between existing sites.
- Day-to-day coordination with Network Planning, Global Network Delivery, Supply Chain, Metro Fiber, Datacenter Engineering, and Infrastructure Software teams
- Define and maintain input and outcome metrics covering project planning accuracy, dependency tracking, hardware delivery timeliness, position readiness, cabling reliability, and end-to-end lead time.
- Identify and escalate delivery defects and blockers, coordinate root cause analysis, and follow through on corrective actions with owning teams.
- Maintain accurate program status dashboards and reporting cadences for stakeholders across Network Planning, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and Datacenter Engineering.
- Partner with planning automation and supply chain teams to flag forecast inaccuracies and drive resolution of recurring data quality issues.
- Coordinate closely with multiple stakeholder teams and peer TPMs to align on priorities, track cross-program dependencies, and ensure consistent delivery expectations across workstreams.
- Run structured weekly/biweekly reviews with cross-functional partners, track action items to closure, and escalate risks to senior leadership with clear framing.
- Document and improve delivery processes, identifying gaps where manual steps can be automated or standardized.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of technical program management experience, ideally in infrastructure, network, or hardware delivery programs.
- Strong command of program tracking tools and metrics. Comfortable building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Clear, structured communicator. Able to distill complex delivery status into crisp updates for senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a bias for follow-through. You close loops.
