Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Data Center (DC) Program Manager to lead post-deployment initiatives, process optimisation, and regional alignment across multiple sites in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and collaborating across engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful data center network readiness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programs to identify and implement best practices, standardised processes, and documentation across the Europe region.
  
  
• Create and maintain "lessons learned," innovation reports, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance post-Ready for Network Install (RNI) activities.
  
  
• Train, equip, and empower local teams to build and maintain network infrastructures supporting campus lifecycle operations.
  
  
• Collaborate with regional and global Data Center Operations teams to ensure consistency and alignment of post-RNI processes and standards.
  
  
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for network deployments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  
  
• Drive a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all data center activities.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors in the network domain.
  
  
• Partner with site management and third-party vendors to deliver new data center locations efficiently and to standard.
  
  
• Conduct regular project updates, identify risks or gaps, and ensure issues are escalated and resolved swiftly.
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Technical Infrastructure Managers during all project phases.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' project management experience in large, complex, cross-functional environments.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years' experience in data center operations or related functions within large enterprise organisations.
  
  
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
  
  
• Strong understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching).
  
  
• Previous experience working with or supporting data center projects (or similar enterprise environments).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments.
  
  
• 5+ years experience in data center operations or network infrastructure programs within global enterprise organisations.
