Senior Business Analyst - Process Mapping

The Process Mapping Lead is responsible for analyzing, visualizing, and optimizing business processes across multiple sites. This role focuses on creating current and future state process maps, supporting process harmonization, and enabling lean, efficient operations.

You'll lead process mapping workshops, collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs), and translate process insights into clear business and user requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process mapping workshops with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Use tools such as Visio, Signavio, and Business Optix to develop detailed current-state and future-state process maps.
• Create Value Stream Maps, Data Maps, and SIPOCs (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) to document and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Identify process risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with SMEs, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather process insights and validate workflows.
• Ensure alignment and harmonization of processes across sites.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Partner with Business Analysts to convert process maps into user and system requirements.
• Support lean and standardized process design for scalable, efficient operations.
• Identify and document opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
• Maintain accurate, version-controlled process documentation.
• Support process governance reviews and ensure compliance with operational and audit standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Business Analyst position, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record of leading process mapping workshops with cross-functional teams across multiple sites or business units.
• Demonstrated experience creating Value Stream Maps, Process Maps, and Data Maps using Visio, Signavio, or Business Optix.
• Strong background in process analysis, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Exposure to process harmonization projects or multi-site standardization efforts is highly desirable.
