Key Responsibilities
- Improve semiconductor wafer and front-end manufacturing processes to increase product quality, production efficiency, yield, and process stability.
- Evaluate, test, and introduce manufacturing equipment and optimize process conditions for stable mass production.
- Analyze experimental and manufacturing data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare manufacturing data, technical reports, and analysis results and communicate findings to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product design, development, manufacturing, and engineering teams to maintain reliable and consistent production processes.
- Identify manufacturing challenges, develop hypotheses, plan and conduct experiments, and evaluate results to support process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, workplace efficiency, quality, and stable semiconductor production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in experimental evaluation or process improvement within semiconductor front-end manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience using manufacturing equipment in a semiconductor production plant, experimental facility, or equivalent engineering environment.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor front-end processes, wafer manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Ability to identify technical or manufacturing issues, develop hypotheses, plan experiments, analyze results, and clearly summarize findings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant educational background.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to approach technical issues systematically.
- Positive attitude toward learning new technologies and continuously developing engineering knowledge.

- Hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment in semiconductor production, wafer fabrication, or experimental environments.
