Design, implement, and maintain frameworks, policies, and procedures for managing technology risks.
Perform technology risk assessments and control reviews for IT infrastructure and applications on both scheduled and ad-hoc projects.
Drive awareness and understanding of technology risk across the organization to strengthen the overall risk culture.
Compile and present risk and compliance reports, including dashboards, for senior management and governance committees.
Coordinate regulatory reviews, internal and external audits, and track the resolution of any findings.
Support post-incident reviews for IT-related issues, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions and process improvements.
Ensure IT incident reporting and management processes align with regulatory requirements and internal expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
Prior IT experience in the banking industry is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
Solid knowledge of IT controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory standards applicable to the banking sector. Familiarity with regulations in Mainland China and Southeast Asia is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English is required
