Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment on architectural guidelines and strategic goals, converting them into actionable plans for application development teams.
Lead and monitor the execution of projects by Application Teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, timelines and project objectives
Break down high-level project goals into specific, manageable tasks, set priorities, define timelines, and allocate responsibilities across teams effectively.
Implement robust task tracking systems to monitor progress, proactively identify roadblocks or risks, and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports on project status, key milestones, risks, and next steps to architecture teams and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate inter-team meetings to resolve conflicts, ensure technical alignment, and maintain seamless communication across all involved parties.
Oversee the quality and acceptance of deliverables, ensure thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance and risk management practices.
Play a key role in enhancing project delivery and infrastructure efficiency through process optimization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a similar discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Over 8 years of professional experience in the IT sector, with at least 5 years focused on project and service management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders to implement improvements in IT Service Management.
Solid understanding of ITIL principles and industry best practices for ITSM.
Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management, including system customization and configuration.
Certification in PMP and ITIL is preferred.
Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, as well as monitoring and analytics tools for performance tracking.
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) and automation tools to streamline operations and software delivery.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), in oral and written form.
