Assistant Manager - AI Implementation

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and hands-on support for deploying, integrating, and maintaining AI solutions across the organization.
• Evaluate and assess external AI tools and platforms to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with AI systems, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Gather and analyze business needs, then design and implement tailored AI applications to address them.
• Deliver ongoing operational support for AI infrastructure, including flexibility for out-of-hours assistance when required.

Skills Reqd.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT or related disciplines.

• Hands-on expertise in both traditional and generative AI. Lead the management and design of cutting-edge AI projects, deliver expert support, and uphold the highest standards of quality across a range of innovative internal AI initiatives.

• At least 6 years of proven experience in technical support, software development, and project management, with a strong preference for roles involving AI-driven products or services.
• Demonstrated practical expertise with advanced AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in implementing real-world AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and other production-grade AI-powered tools.
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
