Key Responsibilities:
- Define and align EUC services with other technology functions.
- Develop and deploy digital workplace and mobility solutions aligned with the company's roadmap.
- Provide technical support for end-user systems, desktop applications, remote access, and mobility tools.
- Manage VDI solutions and virtualization technologies.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot, and core services (DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Windows Defender).
- Build and manage workstation imaging, deployment, and patch management.
- Oversee printing solutions (e.g., PaperCut) for reliable service.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve digital workplace environments.
- Support IT Service Management processes using ITIL principles.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant End User Computing experience (less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Manager role).
- Strong expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Office, Active Directory, Adobe apps, Intune (architecture, policies, device management), and golden image build/deployment.
- Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, Software Asset Management).
- Proficiency supporting Windows/Mac/Linux and printing systems.
- ITIL, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese.
