Responsibilities:
Media and Public Relations Management
- Draft and distribute team announcements and press releases, and track media exposure effectiveness.
- Build and maintain media relationships, and plan media exposure opportunities.
- Communicate and manage relationships with relevant government entities.
- Monitor news media and social media sentiment, analyze online buzz, and propose response strategies.
- Handle crisis communications to maintain the team's brand image.
Social Media Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for official social media channels, aligning with market trends and fan expectations.
- Manage daily operations and interactions on official social media platforms.
- Plan and create engaging social media content, collaborating with partners to boost interaction and engagement.
- Design social media campaigns, promotional initiatives, live streaming of matches and content marketing plans to enhance brand influence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Sports-related fields.
- 4-5 of experience in PR, Media Relations, Sports Reporter/ Editor or social media management; experience in sports or entertainment industries is highly preferred.
- Candidates with successful cases in crisis communications or brand social media management will be prioritized.
