Role Overview

We're hiring an individual contributor focused on PCB vendor management with minimal new sourcing responsibilities. This role involves maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring supply chain reliability, and optimizing costs and quality for electronics manufacturing. Expect 10-20% business travel to China for audits and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing PCB vendor relationships and performance.

• Conduct supplier evaluations, contract oversight, and compliance checks.

• Support cost reduction initiatives and risk mitigation.

• Travel to China (10-20%) for factory visits and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in PCB sourcing/vendor management.

• Strong electronics supply chain knowledge (MNC environment preferred).

• Excellent Mandarin/Chinese for China interactions.

• Independent worker; no team management required.
