Driver, family office, on shift for weekend (30-40K)

About the Role

The Family Office is seeking a responsible, service-oriented driver to support the daily transportation needs of the principals and household. The role requires punctuality, discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive principals and authorized guests to/from appointments, events, and residences.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle (interior/exterior) and ensure readiness before each trip.
• Plan routes and manage trip timing to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Coordinate with the household/office team regarding schedules, pick-up/drop-off points, and standby needs.
• Handle basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tire pressure, fluid checks-where applicable).
• Assist with light errands related to transportation (e.g., picking up items, drop-offs) as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding household matters and movements.
• Provide a courteous, professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Respond appropriately to urgent or unexpected changes (traffic delays, schedule adjustments, re-routing).

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proven driving experience (e.g., private household/company driving experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with household staff.
• Ability to be punctual and reliable, including evenings/weekends when required.
• Young and energetic
• Must be able to pass background checks (where required by the family office).
• Native Mandarin, fluent English and Cantonese.
• Experience driving executives or high-profile individuals.
