Key Responsibilities
Database & CRM Administration
- Support the management and data entry of departmental databases (e.g., CRM).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
Guest Hospitality Programme Support
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the guest hospitality programme.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth guest experience.
Procurement & Approval Coordination
- Support the procurement approval process, including contract coordination.
- Track and monitor budgetary spend, and maintain organized expense records.
Media Monitoring & Clippings Database
- Manage the media clippings database and monitoring system.
- Track coverage, compile clippings, and assist with reporting.
Campaign Production & Launch Support
- Provide support throughout campaign production and launch activities.
- Coordinate campaign materials, assist with production timelines, and support campaign/event logistics.
- Help with event management, including arrangement coordination and onsite assistance.
Department Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the department, including coordination of communication plans.
- Support reporting, proposals, and documentation preparation.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by the Manager and Department Head.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in marketing communications, events, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with CRM/database tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and support time-sensitive campaigns and events.
