We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for our luxury/lifestyle brand. This role will oversee PR, digital marketing, eCommerce, and CRM, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance.
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with business goals.
Lead the marketing team across PR, digital, eCommerce, CRM, and content.
Manage brand communications, media relations, events, and partnerships.
Drive digital and eCommerce initiatives to grow awareness, traffic, and conversion.
Lead CRM and customer engagement programmes to improve retention and loyalty.
Work closely with sales, retail, and operations teams to ensure strong brand execution.
Manage budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
Around 10 years' marketing experience, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or premium retail.
Strong leadership experience across PR, digital, eCommerce, and CRM.
Commercially driven with solid brand-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and team management abilities.
Experience in luxury or premium consumer brands.
Strong media and industry network.
