About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and communicating with various stakeholders involved in multiple enhancement and maintenance projects.
Responsibilities
- Support UAT activities for the investment product system.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
- Understand system changes and provide constructive feedback.
- Launch updated features for the investment system.
- Support enhancements to the project and prepare relevant reports.
- Conduct data analysis reviews and provide insightful comments.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry with exposure to UAT
- Proficiency in SQL and VBA; additional programming skills are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and written English, with proficiency in Mandarin
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred
