Responsibility

• Directs budgeting, forecasting, and cost management to ensure prudent resource allocation, reinforced by robust governance mechanisms for optimal financial efficiency.
• Leads talent acquisition, skill development, and retention initiatives to build a dynamic, high-performance culture within the IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Skills Reqd

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT, complemented by over five years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within IT project environments.
• Preferably possesses Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant credentials, paired with exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Brings project management experience, with professional certification as an advantage, demonstrating capability in overseeing complex IT initiatives.
• Excels in building strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively managing multiple priorities while thriving in high-pressure settings.
• Proficient in Chinese and English
