IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and act as a Business Analyst for Investment-related projects (Stocks, Funds, Bonds).

• Manage IT projects from start to completion.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, external vendors, and senior management.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and prepare project documentation.

• Coordinate with different teams to achieve project goals.

• Share expertise and knowledge to support broader project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in banking.

• Experience leading digital transformation projects with remote or distributed teams.

• Strong skills in stakeholder and vendor management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management abilities.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
