Account Representative, Global Maritime Equipment

Our client is one of the market leader in maritime cargo solutions, delivering innovative, sustainable equipment like cranes and hatch systems to enhance safety and efficiency across global shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong connections with key client stakeholders, including ship owners, ship management companies etc. through regular calls, emails and meetings
• Formulate and apply sales strategies and action plans to surpass revenue targets
• Organize and conduct client visits, generate reports, and gather feedback to refine approaches
• Share leads, insights, and competitive intelligence with internal teams
• Oversee order processing and delivery, addressing support escalations as needed.
• Manage account receivables and complete designated project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marine or business
• 3-5 years of experience within the marine, shipping, or offshore industries
• Product knowledge of ship equipment, spare parts, ship new-built or total service
• Highly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, mature and collaborative candidate
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills
