    Responsibilities

    • Shape and implement comprehensive marketing plans to boost user acqusition, usage, retention, reactivation, and financial performance
    • Initiate growth strategy and roadmap to cope with company short- and long-term goal.
    • Create high-potential campaigns through promotional offers, CRM program and engagement tools etc.
    • Take full ownership of the Hong Kong A&P budget, allocating spend across performance, brand-building, and retention channels to achieve the highest possible ROI.
    • Hold direct P&L responsibility for marketing-led initiatives, ensuring marketing investments contribute positively to the company.
    • Monitor market shifts, competitor moves, and key performance indicators to quickly adapt approaches for optimal demand and profitability outcomes.
    • Orchestrate high-impact seasonal and yearly integrated campaigns to position company as a market leader
    • Cultivate strong emotional connections with users, maintaining uniform brand messaging and experiences at every interaction point.
    • Manage, guide and coach the team and foster collaborative culture
    • Coordinate with regional team to tailor and roll out effective localized strategies

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • 14+ years of hands-on experience leading marketing, brand development, and revenue growth, ideally within e-commerce, quick-service retail, or FMCG sectors.
    • Experience in managing P&L and marketing budget in fast-paced ecommerce environments
    • Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures, building alliances, and influencing stakeholders effectively.
    • Proven ability to inspire and grow high-calibre marketing or performance teams with measurable results.
    • Creative, detail-oriented collaborator with strong market awareness and a proactive, upbeat approach to emerging opportunities.
    • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
