Job Purpose
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated corporate marketing, brand, and communication strategies across global markets. This role bridges brand strategy, executive positioning, crisis communications, and digital innovation to strengthen corporate reputation, elevate executive presence, and drive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Brand & Integrated Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end corporate marketing and communications strategies spanning brand positioning, digital platforms, executive visibility, and global crisis management.

Executive Advisory & Thought Leadership: Counsel C-suite leadership on reputation management and communication strategies aligned with strategic business priorities; draft executive speeches, presentations, media Q&As, and thought-leadership content.

Media & External Relations: Lead proactive media engagement strategies across traditional, digital, and social channels to enhance executive presence and secure high-impact regional and international coverage.

Crisis Communications: Design, deploy, and maintain robust crisis communication frameworks to safeguard brand integrity and ensure consistent messaging during high-stakes issues.

Internal Engagement & CSR: Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to drive internal communications that boost employee engagement; build strategic partnerships with NGOs and community organizations to support sustainability initiatives.

Agency & Performance Management: Direct external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-budget deliverables; leverage data-driven analytics and insights to optimize campaign ROI and performance metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

Experience: 10+ years of progressive corporate communications and marketing experience, agency background is a PLUS

Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Core Competencies: Demonstrated track record in integrated media relations, crisis mitigation, executive platform building, and complex project management under tight timelines.

Tech Capabilities: Hands-on familiarity with modern AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to streamline workflow and content development.
