Legal Counsel (Corporate - Generalist)

Our client is an expanding international e-commerce company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review commercial contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Deliver daily legal advice to support various business functions.
• Handle potential disputes effectively, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough compliance reviews to safeguard business operations.
• Identify and evaluate legal risks affecting business decisions and overall operations.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Hong Kong or other Common Law jurisdictions.
• 3-6 years of PQE and experience in general commerical legal matters in legal practice or in-house.
• Good knowledge of compliance issues related to e-commerce and supply chains is preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
