I am representing one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors, with operations throughout Ireland and the UK who are currently recruiting for an Office Receptionist to join our award-winning team their our Galway Head Office.
This would be suitable for a receptionist or office administrator who is looking for a role where they can challenge themselve whilst utilising their skills.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Answer calls and transfer calls to the relevant persons
- Open any post and brand it, date stamp, sort it into sections and deliver it to relevant people
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive
- Organise couriers to collect deliveries as required
- General administration / office support
- Upkeep of the office ensure its always tidy and presentable
