    About the job

    We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and exceptionally organised individual to join our client, in the professional services industry as a Part-Time Office Administrator & Receptionist. This is a critical 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, commencing in January.

    You will serve as the first point of contact and provide administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth day to day running of operations

    Location: Dublin City Centre

    Working Hours: 9am - 2pm (Fully Onsite - Monday to Friday)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answering phones, and ensuring a professional welcome to all visitors to the office
    • Ordering taxis and arranging couriers as required
    • Coordinating travel logistics for executives, including flight bookings and arrangements for offsite meetings
    • Preparing, setting up, and maintaining meeting rooms, ensuring supplies like water, tea and coffee are always stocked.
    • Handling expense tracking and managing some external catering/delivery orders,
    • Managing relationships with outsourced office functions, such as waste management and fresh fruit deliveries.
    • Making tea, coffee, and ordering occasional catering for internal and client meetings.
    • Taking responsibility for all Health and Safety duties, ensuring full compliance is maintained, and performing Fire Warden duties.
    • Assisting with the planning and execution of internal events, including monthly team lunches and quarterly social gatherings.
    • Providing administrative support for Graduate Recruitment and Internship programs
    • Assisting with initial background checks and basic compliance tasks for new clients when required during the client onboarding process.

    Key Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills, bother verbal and written
    • Available to commit to a 12 month contract working fully onsite
    • Full working authorisation in Ireland for the duration of the contract
    • Strong MS Office skills
    • Available to start in January 2026, and can be present for onsite interviews in November
    • Keen eye for detail
