Solutions Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to support strategic launch operations, operational improvements, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partner ecosystems. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, translating commercial business needs into scalable operational and technical solutions across the client and partner lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Launch Operations & Integration
- Support strategic product and operational launches through cross-functional coordination and integration activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Business Development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, workflow improvements, and feature enhancement requests.
- Identify business opportunities, product gaps, and long-term operational strategies.
- Develop and maintain repeatable solution documentation, operational playbooks, and best practices.
Escalations & Reporting
- Manage escalations from stakeholders, partners, and clients while ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and project documentation.
- Provide operational insights and reporting to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Identify recurring operational or solution issues and collaborate with technical teams to mitigate future risks.
Operational Improvements & Community Management
- Support operational improvement initiatives and process optimisation activities.
- Assist with social and community management operations, including engagement coordination and workflow support.
- Contribute to scalable delivery workflows and sustainable operational processes.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for leveraging technology to improve business operations.
- Support training and enablement activities for internal teams, partners, and clients.
Additional Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the execution and sustainment of approved business and technical solutions.
- Assess operational and product gaps using stakeholder feedback and metrics analysis.
- Contribute to the development, validation, and documentation of new solutions and features.
- Participate in prioritisation, alignment, and cross-functional planning activities.
- Support working groups and project coordination activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong operations and project management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of systems integration and solution deployment.
- Experience managing escalations, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with manager-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in community or social operations management is advantageous.
