We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mortgage Sales & Client Support Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients through the early stages of their mortgage journey. You'll play a key role in qualifying new enquiries, supporting Mortgage Advisors, and ensuring applications progress efficiently from initial contact to submission.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new customer enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly experience.
- Qualify prospective clients by gathering information and assessing their suitability.
- Book appointments for qualified clients with Mortgage Advisors.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the initial stages of the mortgage process.
- Review and organise client documentation, ensuring applications are complete and accurate.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
- Work closely with Mortgage Advisors and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Support the preparation and submission of mortgage applications.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and company procedures.
- Contribute to team targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You Need
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration, mortgages, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first approach with the confidence to engage with clients over the phone and by email.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
