Middle Office Data Administrator - 12 Month FTC
Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a leading global trading firm to recruit a Middle Office Data Administrator. This role plays a key part in supporting the firm's core operational and data management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow execution across the business.
The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative Reference Data team, contributing to the maintenance of critical operational data, coordination of onboarding activities, and effective management of documentation and administrative workflows.
This is an excellent oppurtunity for someone with strong Financial Crime or Middle Office expeirence.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Administration:
Manage client set-up tasks and ongoing maintenance, including data entry, updates, and quality checks.
Administer wire instruction set-ups and static data updates, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Vendor & Documentation Management:
Support the firm's vendor vetting procedures by coordinating submissions and maintaining accurate records.
Operational Support:
Coordinate trading account set-ups and maintenance.
Support broader operational workflows within the Reference Data function to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous administrative experience within a financial institution, ideally involving onboarding, account set-up, or reference data management.
